How do I prepare for my facial?

It is recommended to remove eye makeup before the treatment and avoid any waxing, threading and tanning for 24 hours before your facial?

Can I have a facial if I have had Botox and/or fillers?

Yes, you can have a facial after Botox and fillers but it is recommended to wait at least 2 weeks to avoid disturbing the product.

Is there a minimum age for a facial treatment?

Clients must be 16 years or older to receive treatments. For those under 18, a parent or guardian may be required to provide consent prior to the appointment.

If this is your first facial appointment at Sarah Zacal Beauty, a complimentary consultation will be included with your booking. For the full Floragy facial, 30 minutes will be added to your first appointment, while the express Floragy facial appointments require an additional 15 minutes.

During your consultation, we will discuss your skin concerns, goals, medical history and current skincare routine to ensure your facial is tailored specifically to your individual needs. Clients booking the 60 minute Floragy facial will also enjoy a complimentary relaxing foot soak during the consultation, allowing you to relax and unwind while your personalised treatment plan is created.
